Key Engagement Areas:

n

- Asset Reliability Management: Drive Reliability improvement programs through Maintenance Strategy Optimization, Asset Criticality assessment, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) approach.
n
- Maintenance Excellence: Support clients in establishing World-class Maintenance practices, improving Equipment uptime, reducing Maintenance costs and enhancing Asset Lifecycle Performance.
n
- SAP PM: Advise clients on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes, Asset Master data, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, Work Management and Mobility solutions.
n
- Smart Factory & Industry 4.0: Advise clients on Smart Factory strategies, Connected Operations, Digital Maintenance, Industrial IoT, Predictive Analytics, AI-enabled Maintenance and Integration of OT/IT systems to improve Asset Performance and Operational Efficiency.

- Business Process Transformation: Drive Process improvement initiatives leveraging Lean, TPM, Six Sigma and best-practice frameworks.
n
- Value Management: Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps and governance mechanisms to ensure sustainable value realization.
n
- Change Management: Drive adoption of new Maintenance Processes, Technologies, and Operating Models through structured Change Management approaches.

Job Description:

n

The role involves delivering Asset Reliability, Maintenance Excellence, Asset Master Data and Smart Factory transformation projects for clients across Food & Agri, CPG, Life Sciences, Chemicals, Metals & Mining and Manufacturing industries.

n

The role will involve conducting data & maturity assessments, developing recommendations,



supporting solution design and driving implementation of improvement initiatives. Projects typically involve an initial diagnostic and advisory phase followed by execution and value realization support.

n

In addition to project delivery, the role requires managing client relationships, mentoring analysts and contributing to business development activities.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Support clients in improving Asset Availability, Reliability and Maintenance effectiveness through structured Asset Reliability and Maintenance Excellence programs.
n
- Collaborate with client and internal teams to collect and analyze Maintenance & Operations data to identify improvement opportunities and performance gaps.
n
- Conduct Maintenance maturity assessments, Reliability Benchmarking and Maintenance process reviews.
n
- Support the design and implementation of Reliability improvement programs including TPM, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Risk-Based Maintenance (RBM).
n
- Assess and optimize SAP PM processes including Work Order management, Planning & Scheduling, Shutdown management, Maintenance reporting and Performance monitoring.
n
- Support Asset Master Data initiatives covering Equipment Masters, Asset hierarchies, Functional Locations, Material Masters, Maintenance BOMs, Task Lists and Maintenance Plans.
n
- Facilitate workshops with clients to identify challenges, validate findings and jointly develop improvement roadmaps and solution hypotheses.
n
- Evaluate Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 opportunities including IoT, Predictive Maintenance, Connected Worker solutions, Digital Work management, Advanced analytics,



and AI-enabled Maintenance.
n
- Support the development of Smart Factory roadmaps and business cases for Technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
n
- Develop process documentation, business cases, operating models, implementation roadmaps and executive presentations.
n
- Establish and support project governance structures, track implementation progress and monitor value realization.
n
- Support proposal development, solutioning and business development activities.
n
- This role may involve a significant amount of travel (30–50%).
n

Profile Description:

n

n
- Overall 6+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 4 years in Asset Reliability, Maintenance Excellence, Manufacturing Operations or Industrial Consulting.
n
- Strong understanding of Maintenance and Reliability principles, including TPM, RCM, RBM, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance and Asset Lifecycle Management.
n
- Strong understanding of Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 concepts, including IoT, Connected Worker, Digital Twin, Predictive Maintenance, AI/ML, Advanced Analytics and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
n
- Hands-on experience or robust functional understanding of SAP PM / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes and Master Data structures.
n
- Proven track record of delivering Operational Excellence, Reliability improvement and Maintenance Transformation programs.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Experience facilitating client workshops and managing cross-functional teams.
n
- Good Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Asset Management, SAP Fiori applications and Digital Maintenance solutions.
n
- Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, CMRP or equivalent Reliability certifications are preferred.
n
- Exposure to analytics & visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python or Reliability Analytics platforms is an advantage.
n
- Excellent communication, presentation and client management skills.
