Position
Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and
skilled Service Desk – L1 Engineers to join our IT Support team in
Bengaluru. The role involves providing first -level technical assistance to
global clients through multiple communication channels.

Key
Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking
technical assistance via phone, chat, or email.

- Provide remote troubleshooting and configuration
support for desktops, hardware, and peripherals.

- Document and track incidents and resolutions within the
ticketing system.

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved
issues.





- Maintain high -quality customer service and
communication throughout interactions.

- Work in a 24/7 setting supporting global clients.


Required
Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Any Graduate

- Batch: 2020 onwards

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
(mandatory)

- Strong customer service orientation

- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and
troubleshooting

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team

- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts


Compensation
& Benefits

- CTC: ₹3.5 LPA (Fixed ₹2.4 LPA + Variable/Allowances)

- Transport Allowance: Provided

- Night Shift Allowance: Up to ₹6,000

- Food Allowance: Up to ₹2,700
