Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality graphic designs for social media, advertisements, websites, presentations, and branding materials
n
- Edit engaging videos, reels, promotional content, and product videos for digital platforms
n
- Design creatives for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness
n
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams for campaign requirements
n
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and effects to videos when needed
n
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and video content
n
- Adapt content for different target markets including India and international audiences
n
- Stay updated with the latest design and video trends
n

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects,



Canva, Figma
n
- Strong skills in video editing, color correction, transitions, and storytelling
n
- Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and branding
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
n
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
n

Qualifications:

- Experience in fintech / startup / digital marketing environment
n
- Knowledge of social media trends and short-form video content
n
- Experience creating performance marketing ads and promotional videos
n
- Solid portfolio showcasing both design and video editing work
