Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced candidates for Wealth Operations – Vice President to lead our Ultra HNI wealth operations team. The role requires a strong knowledge of wealth products specifically AIF and PMS, experience in managing operations, should be a client-first mindset, and driving operational excellence.

NKey Responsibilities

- Responsible and accountable for performance of 5+ operations team
N
- Lead end-to-end operations including transaction processing, capital calls, drawdowns, distributions, redemptions, portfolio updations, timely and accurate release of client statements.

- Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, digitization, and strong risk & control practices.
N
- Partner with Technology, Compliance, Banks, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless client service
N
- Monitor service levels,operational metrics, audits, and regulatory reporting to ensure high-quality execution.
N




- Manage business escalations and implement continuous process improvements to enhance the client experience
N
- Drive strategic initiatives focused on scalability, productivity
N
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across teams
N

nRequirements

- Proven track record of experience in Wealth Management operations or AMC operations with solid experience in AIF, PMS products.
N
- Experience of managing team size of 6-7 member team
N
- Strong knowledge of AIF/PMS operations, capital markets, SEBI regulations
N
- Proven experience in driving automation, process improvement
N
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
N
- Client first mindset todrive operational efficiencies
