Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of Amazon USA Seller Central.
- Create and manage product listings and catalogs.
- Process, track, and follow up on customer orders.
- Coordinate with the team for timely order dispatch and delivery.
- Handle client communication and customer queries.
- Manage Amazon advertising and marketplace activities.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Team for order-related activities.
- Monitor marketplace performance and resolve operational issues.
- Use AI tools to improve e-commerce operations and advertising.
- Maintain and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.

Required Skills:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central – USA.
- Knowledge of Helium 10 is preferred.
- Experience in product listing and order management.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of Amazon advertising and e-commerce operations.
- Knowledge of AI tools for e-commerce.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
