NJob Summary:

NWe are seeking an AccountManager to manage our client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build solid relationships with clients.

NResponsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and service.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of AI tools and solutions, with the ability to take and manage AI-related briefs effectively.
N
- Leverage prior experience in handling AI-driven projects or campaigns to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
N
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and to address client issues and concerns.
N
- Monitor and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
N




- Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in client servicing and account management.

nRequirements:

- Bachelor's degreein Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
N
- 1-2 years of experiencein a client-facing role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.

- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Strong understanding ofAI tools, platforms, and emerging technologies.
N
- Prior experience handling AI-related briefs and AI-driven projects is required.
N
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client issues and concerns.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel & PowerPoint.

- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising is a plus
