VITA is expanding its presence across Central Gujarat and is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Field Sales Team.

n

Base Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

n

Territory: Entire Central Gujarat(Vadodara, Anand, Nadiad, Kheda etc.)

n

Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales

n

CTC: INR 35,000 to INR 40,000 per month plus Incentives, Travel Benefits and Paid Leave

n

Experience: 5+ Years in Furniture Hardware Industry.

n

ABOUT THE ROLE

n

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and expanding VITA's retail and furniture hardware business across Central Gujarat(Vadodara, Anand, Nadiad, Kheda etc.).

n

The key objective is to establish VITA as a priority brand among retail dealers, hardware and plywood showrooms, and furniture manufacturing factories across the territory.

n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail dealers in the Furniture and Hardware segment.
n
- Identify and onboard quality Hardware, Plywood and Furniture Retail Showrooms and start VITA products with them.
n
- Drive dealers to actively promote and prioritize VITA products in their showroom.
n
- Develop VITA business with modular furniture and furniture manufacturing factories across the territory.
n
- Identify new business opportunities and continuously expand VITA's customer base.
n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
n
- Ensure strong product visibility, availability and market penetration.
n
- Regularly visit dealers, retailers, furniture factories and other key customers.
n
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
n




- Gather market intelligence, competitor information and customer feedback.
n
- Coordinate with the internal sales team for smooth order execution and customer support.
n

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: -

n

This is a field sales position covering the entire region of Central Gujarat.

n

Candidates should be comfortable with regular inter-city travel and extensive field work.

n

The candidate will be responsible for sales and business development of VITA's Furniture Hardware range, including:

Tandem Drawer Systems

n

Telescopic Channels

n

Auto Hinges

n

Bed Fittings

n

Kitchen Fittings

n

Wardrobe Fittings

n

Other Furniture and Hardware Accessories

n

CANDIDATE PROFILE: -

n

We are looking for candidates who have:

n

n
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
n
- Strong experience working with retail Hardware, Plywood or Furniture customers.
n
- Existing knowledge and relationships with Hardware and Plywood Retail Dealers.
n
- Experience dealing with Furniture and Modular Furniture Factories.
n
- Strong understanding of the local market and customer network across Central Gujarat.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
n
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
n
- Willingness to travel extensively across Central Gujarat.
n

Architectural Hardware

n

Plywood

n

Laminates

n

Adhesives

Other relevant Building, Interior or Furniture-related industries

n

Experience in Furniture Hardware is highly preferred.

n

Candidates without experience dealing with Hardware/Plywood Retail Showrooms or Furniture Factories may not be suitable for this position.

n

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: -

n

CTC: INR 35,000 to INR 40,000 per month

n

Performance-Based Incentives: -

n

Incentive will be provided on 100% Quarterly target achievment.

n

Additional incentive will also be provided for achieving 110 percent or more of the assigned Annual target.

n

Petrol and Fuel Allowance: -

n

Petrol and fuel allowance is provided for official field travel using a personal vehicle.

n

This allowance applies to official business travel both within Vadodara, the base location, and outside Vadodara across the assigned Central Gujarat territory.

n

Accommodation, Travel and Food - Outstation Travel: -

n

Travel, Food and accommodation expenses are fully covered by the company whenever an overnight stay is required during official travel outside Vadodara.

n

Paid Leave: -

n

Paid Leave benefits are provided as per company policy.

n

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a result-oriented, market-driven and experienced sales qualified who can independently manage the Central Gujarat territory and build VITA into a priority brand among Furniture Hardware Dealers and Furniture Manufacturers.
