Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead – Interior Design to drive interior design strategy and execution across premium/luxury real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead interior design from concept to execution/handover.
n
- Manage premium architecture & interior design consultants.
n
- Drive design coordination across lobbies, residences, show flats, sales galleries, clubhouses and amenities.
n
- Coordinate with Architecture, Projects, Engineering, Landscape, Procurement, Sales & Marketing teams.
n
- Oversee material selection, specifications, mock-ups and value engineering.
n
- Ensure design quality, timelines, budgets and brand/design standards.
n
- Lead and mentor the interior design team.
n

Candidate Profile:

n

n




- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture
n
- 18–25+ years of relevant experience.
n
- Strong experience in premium/luxury residential, hospitality, high-end real estate projects.
n
- Proven expertise in design management, consultant coordination, material selection and site execution.
n
- Solid leadership, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
n
