About the Role

n

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you'll create high-quality visual content for both short-form and long-form videos. Your role will involve transforming scripts, ideas, and concepts into engaging, attention-grabbing videos that deliver impact.

Responsibilities

- Create motion graphics for social media videos, explainers, and long-form content.
n
- Transform scripts into visually engaging, retention-focused videos.
n
- Design clean, modern, high-impact visual systems.




n
- Collaborate closely with writers, editors, and creative teams to bring ideas to life.
n
- Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.
n
- Understand pacing, transitions, typography, composition, and storytelling through motion.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Strong working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
n
- Good understanding of design principles, animation, visual hierarchy, and pacing.
n
- Ability to create polished motion graphics with clean execution.
n
- Robust sense of timing, composition, typography, and transitions.
n
- Ability to understand scripts and convert them into engaging visual stories.
n
- Ownership mindset with the ability to handle projects end-to-end.
n
- Strong collaboration skills while working with editors, writers, and other creative team members.
