NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for a passionate Hardware Mentor who has hands-on experience in hardware product development and enjoys working on real-world technology projects. The role involves mentoring students, developing hardware solutions, collaborating with clients, and leading end-to-end product development from concept to prototype.
NThis position is ideal for someone who has worked in a product-based environment and enjoys solving practical engineering challenges.
NKey Responsibilities

- Mentor students on hardware development projects.
N
- Design and develop embedded hardware solutions.
N
- Create CAD models and 3D product designs.
N
- Develop prototypes using microcontroller platforms such as Arduino, ESP32, STM32, or similar.
N
- Design, test, troubleshoot, and improve hardware systems.
N
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance.
N
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including software/app developers.
N
nRequired Skills
N
n
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in hardware/product development.
N
- Strong understanding ofembedded systems and electronics.
N
- Experience working withmicrocontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, STM32 or equivalent).
N
- Proficiency in CAD/3D modeling tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Creo, AutoCAD, etc.).
N
- Knowledge of PCB designand hardware debugging.
N
- Experience in prototypedevelopment and testing.
N
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
N
- Good communication and client interaction skills.
N
nPreferred Skills

- Product design experience in a product-based company.

- Ability to create concept sketches (good to have).
N
- Experience with IoT-based projects.
N
- Knowledge of sensors, communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C), and wireless technologies.
