About the Role We are hunting for an exceptionally bright, metrics- driven Growth Marketing Lead (Campaigns & Conversions) to completely own our market-imbalance acquisition framework for the “Developer Prototyping Bootcamp” part of EMERGENCE '26 (November 17–21, 2026) . You will architect digital campaigns that create extreme visibility, build immense waitlists, and systematically close the funnel for regional software developers (bootcamp seats). Exceptional performance during this initial 2.5-month campaign can lead directly to a permanent executive job offer. 3.

What You Will

Build and Lead 1.

Build the Campaign Demand Infrastructure: Architect, launch, and optimize high-converting landing pages built on WordPress (Elementor Pro), fully configured with precise SEO structures (Yoast Premium).

- Lead Hyper-Targeted Ad Operations: Deploy and optimize our full performance marketing ad spend across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Search to drive highly targeted B2B corporate inquiries. 3.

Indian B2B Checkout: Architect a checkout pipeline via Indian payment gateway APIs that captures mandatory corporate billing parameters: Legal Corporate Entity Name, Corporate GSTIN, Billing Address, State Code, and Finance Accounts Email. 4.

Edge Case Handling: Implement fail-safes for transaction edge cases: abandoned checkout recovery, pending bank reconciliation webhooks, and automated credit note generation for transaction cancellations. 4.

Persuasive Closing: Solid telephone etiquette and persuasive conversational intelligence needed to convert hot prospects and secure high-ticket commitments.

- Data-Driven Campaign Management: Obsessive tracking of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CAC, Cost-Per-Lead) and agile budget management.
- High-Conversion B2B Copywriting: Exceptional ability to craft persuasive, professional, and benefit-oriented sales copy across landing pages, brochures, and email sequences that explicitly moves high-ticket prospects from initial curiosity to confirmed registration. 5.
