Job Title: Graphic Designer – Brand & Creative

nSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and portfolio)

nAbout the Role

nWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visualizer to join our Brand & Creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual concepts, and experience creating impactful creatives across digital and print platforms. This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts as part of a dynamic creative team.

nKey Responsibilities

nDesign engaging creatives for digital marketing, social media, branding, campaigns, and internal communications.

nCreate visually appealing layouts, banners, presentations, advertisements, and marketing collateral.

nCollaborate with the marketing, content, and creative teams to execute campaigns effectively.

nMaintain consistency across all brand touchpoints and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

nEdit images, illustrations, and other visual assets to deliver high-quality output.

nManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

nStay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative practices.

nRequired Skills

nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

nKnowledge of Figma, Canva,



and AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.

nStrong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.

nAbility to work under tight deadlines in a quick-paced environment.

nExcellent attention to detail and creative thinking.

nHindi font knowledge will be plus one.

nGood communication and teamwork skills.

nQualifications

nBachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

n2–5 years of relevant experience in branding, advertising, or graphic design.

nA strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign creatives, and marketing designs is mandatory.

nShift Timings

nThis is a rotational shift role. Candidates should be comfortable working in any of the following shifts based on business requirements:
