Job Title: Customer Support Executive – US Healthcare (Inbound Voice)

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site with complimentary cab drop facility)

Shift & Schedule:

- Night shift aligned with U.S. time zones
n
- Monday to Friday working days
n
- Fixed weekends off – Saturday & Sunday
n

Role Overview:

n

- Handle inbound calls from U.S. healthcare customers.
n
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
n
- No sales targets involved in this process.
n

n

Requirements:

n

n
- Robust communication skills in English (verbal and written).
n
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation/Diploma is an advantage).
n
- Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
n
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Benefits:

- In-hand salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month.
n
- Travel allowance and subsidized meals.
n
- Free cab drop after night shift.

- Attendance bonus of ₹1,000 per month.
n
- Annual performance bonus up to ₹15,000.
