Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell IT services and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for sales performance metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in international sales, outbound calling, or similar role.
- Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment with multiple priorities.
