- Good communication skills in English
- Kannada communication preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willing to work in Day shift

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct Video KYC verification for banking customers.
- Verify customer identity and required documents through video calls.
- Follow banking KYC and company compliance guidelines.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and verification details.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of the VKYC process.
