nAbout the Role

nAlpha Healing Center is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Field Business Development Executive to expand our professional referral network across Delhi NCR and Punjab.

nThe candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads through field visits, building relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, and developing referral opportunities for the center.

nConduct regular field visits and meetings with doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals.

nGenerate qualified leads and referrals for Alpha Healing Center.

nBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and referral partners.

nExplain Alpha Healing Center's treatment programs, facilities and services to potential referral sources.

nIdentify new opportunities for business development within the assigned territory.





nFollow up consistently with doctors and prospective leads.

nMaintain daily records of field visits, meetings, leads and conversions.

nAchieve monthly lead-generation and business-development targets.

nCoordinate with the internal admissions and marketing team for lead follow-ups and conversions.

nBe willing to travel extensively within Delhi NCR and Punjab.

nGraduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Healthcare, Marketing, Sales, Psychology or Business Development will be preferred.

nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.

nStrong convincing and persuasion skills.

nPrevious experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare marketing, hospital business development, medical representative roles or referral marketing will be an advantage.
