Role Description The Equity Advisor role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad.

The Equity

Advisor will engage with clients to understand their financial goals and risk profiles, and provide investment advice on equities and related products aligned with MOFSL’s research-based approach. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring markets, analyzing investment opportunities, constructing and reviewing client portfolios, and recommending portfolio adjustments as needed. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service,



explaining research insights and product features in a clear manner, and ensuring regulatory and internal compliance in all advisory interactions.

The Equity

Advisor will collaborate with research, sales, and operations teams to offer integrated solutions and contribute to client acquisition, retention, and growth.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand and address diverse investor needs.
- Knowledge of investments and equity markets, including instruments, strategies, and risk-return dynamics.
- Solid foundation in finance, with the ability to interpret financial statements, macroeconomic data, and market trends.
- Sales and business development capabilities to identify prospects, present solutions, and support client onboarding and retention.
- Experience or aptitude in portfolio management, including asset allocation, rebalancing, and performance tracking.
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., NISM, CFA, CFP, or equivalent) are advantageous.
- Comfort with technology platforms used for trading, analytics, and customer relationship management.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills, with attention to detail and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
