- Lead implementation of Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programs across Transmission projects and O&M; sites.

- Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification initiatives.
n
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
n
- Drive incident investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
n
- Promote Zero Harm culture through proactive safety interventions and continuous improvement programs.
n
- Implement Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) initiatives and safety awareness campaigns.
n
- Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure compliance with contractual safety requirements.
n
- Oversee PPE compliance, Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, and emergency preparedness programs.
n
- Coordinate with project teams, O&M; functions, government authorities, and external stakeholders on safety matters.
n
- Deliver safety training, mentoring,



and competency development programs for site personnel.
n
- Support protected execution of transmission line and substation projects across multiple locations.
n
- Drive safety governance, reporting, compliance monitoring, and risk mitigation strategies.

nWork Experience (Range of years):

- 10-15 years’ experience of working in fire Safety functions in large size power plants including transmission in O&M; and project.
n
- At least two years of experience in corporate office of transmission / power business.
n
- Conduct safety inspections and assessment in project & operational locations of transmission set up pan India.
n
- Monitor the implementation level, follow up and get execution at site with line function. Be a resource person / facilitate for safe project and O&M; of transmission.
