Requirements:

- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Surgical Oncology (MS/MD in Surgical Oncology or equivalent).

- Valid medical registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.

- Minimum of 1 year of post-graduation clinical experience in a hospital or cancer center setting.

- Proven experience in performing complex oncologic surgical procedures with demonstrated surgical precision and patient safety.

- Robust knowledge of cancer staging systems (TNM), treatment protocols, and multidisciplinary management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to counsel patients and families on surgical options and outcomes.

- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and surgical documentation systems.

- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and participate in on-call rotations.
