Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Adapt master creatives for high-performing formats across Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.
n
- Ensure platform-specific specs—resolution, format, and dimensions—are met.
n
- Design and adapt POSM assets (standees, danglers, posters, shelf strips, etc.).
n
- Create and update packaging artworks and labels in line with brand guidelines.
n
- Develop final print-ready files for brochures,



flyers, banners, and hoardings.
n
- Ensure accurate die-lines, bleeds, and color profiles for all print materials.
n
- Perform basic image edits, including color correction and balancing, as needed.
n

Desired skills and qualifications

n

n
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a design or creative agency, or in-house brand team.
n
- Good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
n
- Solid attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely.
n
- Familiarity with basic pre-press processes and print production.
n
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
n
- Comfortable with AI integrated content (with knowledge of tools like Nano Banana, Sora, etc) Perks &
