8-10 years of experience in Linux system administration (depending on level)

 Relevant certifications preferred:

- RHCSA / RHCE

- Linux+ / LPIC
n
- Ansible Automation
n
- Cloud certifications (optional)

Key responsibilities:

n

 Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, SUSE, etc.)

n

 Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity using monitoring tools

n

 Perform system upgrades, patching, and security hardening

n

 Manage user accounts, access control, and system permissions

n





 Troubleshoot Linux server issues and perform root cause analysis

n

 Ensure system backups, recovery, and disaster‐recovery readiness

n

 Manage services such as Apache/Nginx, SSH, FTP, NFS, Samba, DNS, and DHCP

n

 Automate routine tasks using shell scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)

n

 Support virtualization and container environments (VMware, KVM, Docker, Kubernetes – if applicable)

n

 Collaborate with application, network, and security teams

n

 Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

n

 Ensure compliance with internal security and audit policies

n

15 years of Continuous Education.
