Experience: 5 to 8 Years (2 to 5 years in Generative AI & LLMs)

HCLTech is looking for a passionate and experienced Data Scientist – Generative AI & Machine Learning Trainer to design, develop, and deliver advanced AI and Machine Learning learning solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, NLP, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning who enjoy mentoring and enabling technical talent.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop machine learning pipelines covering data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.

n

Deliver training programs and practical workshops on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Large Language Models, and Generative AI.

n

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop AI-driven solutions.

n

Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to generate actionable business insights.

n

Explore and implement cutting-edge techniques in NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI.

n





Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI research and industry best practices.

n

Mentor and coach learners and junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

n

Contribute to coding standards, quality assurance processes, and technical excellence.

Required Skills

n

Solid expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Large Language Models, and Generative AI.

n

Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar frameworks.

n

Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.

n

Solid understanding of Statistics, Probability, and Mathematical Optimization.

n

Experience developing and deploying end-to-end AI/ML solutions.

n

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

n

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (PhD preferred).

n

5 to 8 years of overall experience, including 2 to 5 years working with LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
