Vasundhra Raj Luxury Group is a multi-brand luxury retail company based in Uttarakhand, home to prestigious brands across jewellery, fashion, and lifestyle retail. We are looking for a warm, articulate, and solutions-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our Head Office team and be the voice of our brands to our customers.

Role Overview The Customer Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and feedback across our group brands — ensuring every customer interaction reflects the premium standard our brands are known for.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with store teams to resolve customer issues related to orders, exchanges, repairs, and after-sales service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM/tracking system
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution and gather feedback
- Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues to the relevant department or management
- Assist with outbound communication for promotions, appointment reminders,



or customer engagement initiatives
- Maintain a courteous, patient, and brand-appropriate tone in all customer interactions
- Prepare periodic reports on customer queries, complaint trends, and resolution turnaround time

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail, luxury, or hospitality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi and English)
- Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and messaging platforms
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Presentable and professional demeanor, in line with luxury brand standards
