Role Description The Customer Support Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely, accurate information about properties, services, and processes. Day-to-day tasks include handling phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions, documenting customer concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.

The representative will maintain customer records, follow up on open cases,



and support efforts to improve customer satisfaction and service quality. The role also involves proactively identifying common issues, suggesting improvements, and upholding the company’s values of integrity and customer-centric service.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly.
- Ability to perform Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email, CRM or ticketing systems, and office applications.
- Prior experience in customer support or service roles, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
