Meridian Watches is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mohali. You’ll be responsible for providing clear, timely and helpful support throughout the customer journey.

nKey Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries across email, WhatsApp and other support channels
n
- Assist with orders, deliveries, replacements and warranty queries
n
- Coordinate with courier partners to resolve delivery-related issues
n
- Assist with refunds and payment-related queries
n
- Manage customer requests using e-commerce platforms and tools
n

nWhat We’re Looking For

n

n
- 1–3 years of customer service experience
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Prior experience with an e-commerce company is preferred
n
- Familiarity with Shopify, Shiprocket, payment gateways or similar tools is preferred
n
- Organised, detail-oriented and solution-focused
n
- Comfortable working full-time from our Mohali office
