NWe are hiring for a Customer Care Executive role with a leading financial services firm in Ahmedabad.

NEducation: Graduate in Commerce, Accounts, Finance, or a related field

NKey Responsibilities:

NCoordinate with mutual fund houses, insurance companies, brokers, agents, and internal teams.

NProcess and verify mutualfund transactions and insurance documentation.

NMaintain and update client records and databases.

NHandle client queries professionally and within defined timelines.

NSupport bookkeeping, compliance, reporting, and documentation activities.

NRequirements:

NGood communication skillsin English and Hindi;

Gujarati is an advantage.

NGood working knowledge ofMS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Calendar.

NStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.

NAbility to work independently and as part of a team.

NWillingness to learn and build a career in financial services.
