Operations & Creative Intern — Brahm Collection
Location: Chennai | Full-time, in-person
Brahm Collection is a fast-growing Indian heritage art and interiors brand selling to customers globally.
We’re looking for a smart, ambitious and proactive intern who wants to learn quickly, take on responsibility and grow with the company.

What you’ll work on:
- Managing relationships with artists, artisans, suppliers and vendors across India
- Negotiating pricing and terms with vendors
- Following up on orders, production and timelines
- Sourcing and onboarding new artists, craftspeople and suppliers
- Coordinating new products from sourcing through to website launch
- Supporting product selection, listings, content and creative projects
- Researching new products, collections and design ideas
- Supporting social media and marketing projects
- Using AI and technology to improve how we work
Who we’re looking for:
- Intelligent, curious and a fast learner
- Highly ambitious and motivated to grow quickly
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong aesthetic sense and good design judgement
- Confident communicating, negotiating and building relationships
- Highly organised with robust follow-through
- Resourceful and able to solve problems independently
- Comfortable with technology and AI tools
Nice to have — not required:
- A genuine interest or background in art, design or interiors
- Strong graphic design skills and experience with Canva, Photoshop or similar
- Photography or videography skills
- Social media or content creation experience
- Experience with Meta ads
- Experience with e-commerce or Shopify
- Experience with AI tools, particularly Claude Code or similar AI coding/automation tools
Previous experience is not essential. We care more about intelligence, ambition, communication, aesthetic judgement and how quickly you can learn.
You’ll have real responsibility from an early stage and work across operations, sourcing, e-commerce, marketing and creative projects.
