Role Description The Content Writer Intern will support Cemzo’s content initiatives by researching construction and technology topics and writing clear, engaging content for digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating web content, blogs, and platform copy, proofreading and refining drafts, and assisting in basic content strategy tasks aligned with Cemzo’s brand voice.



The intern will collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate complex concepts into accessible content for industry professionals and general audiences.

This is a remote internship role, providing flexible opportunities to learn about construction commerce, digital platforms, and content creation in a fast-evolving technology workplace.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess foundational Content Strategy and Research skills to support content planning and topic development.
- Candidates should possess solid Proofreading skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Candidates should have excellent written communication skills in English and the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
- Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed studies in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
- Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote setting and managing multiple tasks with guidance.
- Familiarity with construction, technology platforms, or B2B marketplaces is a plus, but not required.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content management tools would be beneficial.
