Role Description The Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms to showcase trips, destinations, and traveler experiences. Day-to-day tasks include developing content concepts, writing and editing posts and articles, capturing or coordinating photos and short-form videos during trips or events, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to align content with campaigns and upcoming itineraries.

Creator will also analyze content performance, optimize for reach and engagement,



and maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects Gear & Adventure’s focus on reliable service, memorable experiences, and exploration across India.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in content writing and storytelling for digital platforms, including social media captions, blogs, and newsletters.
- Experience with basic photography and short-form video creation or coordination (e.g., Reels, travel clips, behind-the-scenes content).
- Ability to plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with marketing and operations teams.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools to track performance and optimize content.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; working knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort with in office work, occasional travel for content creation, and interacting with travelers during trips and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Genuine interest in travel, adventure, and exploring India; previous experience in travel or lifestyle content is a plus.
