Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area.

The Content

Creator will plan, produce, and refine digital content for multiple platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming ideas with the creative and strategy teams, developing content calendars, writing and editing posts and scripts, and collaborating with designers and videographers to deliver cohesive brand stories. The role also involves adapting content to different industries,



optimizing copy for engagement and brand consistency, and monitoring performance metrics to improve future content.

The Content

Creator is expected to stay current with trends in digital marketing and content formats and contribute to client presentations and campaign concepts.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in content ideation and creation across formats such as social media posts, blogs, scripts, and short-form copy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with design, video, and strategy teams to produce integrated campaigns.
- Experience managing content calendars and aligning content with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including basic SEO, social media best practices, and performance tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Hyderabad Area, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an agency or digital content role and exposure to diverse industries (e.g., tech, education, real estate) is an advantage.
