Role Description The Construction Engineer will work on-site in Bhubaneswar in a full-time capacity, supporting the design, planning, and execution of pre-engineered and conventional steel building projects.

Responsibilities include reviewing construction drawings, coordinating with project managers and site supervisors, and ensuring compliance with structural and civil engineering standards. The role involves monitoring construction activities, supervising heavy equipment usage, and assisting in resolving technical issues on-site.

The Construction





Engineer will conduct inspections to verify quality, safety, and adherence to specifications, and prepare documentation and reports for project progress and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients is essential to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering skills, with the ability to apply engineering principles to steel structures and building projects.
- Proficiency in interpreting and working with Construction Drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
- Experience with Heavy Equipment operations and coordination on construction sites, ensuring safe and efficient use.
- Inspection skills for monitoring workmanship, structural integrity, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Relevant engineering degree (e.g., B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering) or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards related to steel and civil construction.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities, with capacity to work in office in energetic project environments.
- Experience with project management tools, site reporting, and basic CAD or structural design software is an advantage.
