Role Description As a Co-Founder at The Tripsutra, this full-time hybrid role is based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Co-Founder will help shape overall business strategy, define growth priorities, and oversee key operations across visa services, corporate travel, documentation, and leisure travel segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading sales and marketing initiatives, building and nurturing strategic partnerships, and driving customer acquisition and retention.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery, optimize processes, and ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences.



The Co-Founder will also manage financial planning at a high level, monitor performance metrics, and represent the brand in client meetings, industry events, and stakeholder discussions.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, business performance, and customer data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, client presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven sales capabilities, including lead generation, deal negotiation, and relationship-building in B2B and B2C contexts.
- Marketing experience in brand positioning, digital campaigns, and growth initiatives within travel or related services.
- Research skills to explore new markets, evaluate partnerships, and stay updated on global mobility and travel regulations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building or scaling a business, ideally in travel, hospitality, or services.
- Ability to lead teams, set clear goals, and foster a cooperative, inclusive, and performance-oriented culture.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and willingness to be physically present in New Delhi for key operations and meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Travel & Tourism, or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Experience in international travel services, corporate travel management, or global mobility consulting is highly beneficial.
