### About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Head to lead business operations and drive growth across the assigned cluster for NEO Walletkar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team leadership, business development, partner management, and achieving revenue and operational targets.

### Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage business operations across the assigned cluster.

Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Manage, motivate, and develop the sales and field teams.

Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.

Monitor team performance, productivity, and key business metrics.

Build robust relationships with merchants, channel partners, and other stakeholders.

Ensure effective market coverage and expansion within the assigned territory.

Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and transaction volumes.

Track competition and market trends and take corrective actions where required.

Ensure compliance with company policies, processes,



and regulatory requirements.

Prepare regular business performance reports and share insights with senior management.

Take ownership of overall cluster profitability and growth.

Good understanding of fintech, digital payments, wallets, or financial services.

### Qualification

Graduate/MBA preferred.

5+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, fintech, banking, payments, or financial services.

Prior experience managing a team or geographical cluster will be an advantage.
