Hawk Aerospace Private Limited is a startup Aerospace Company, registered in 2020. We are in UAV/Drone Manufacturing as well as Training and Service.

Products & Services: Drone Manufacturing, Specialized Project Management, Pilot Deployment Services for Agriculture Spraying & Seeding with AI Based Data Driven technology and also preparing Medical Drone Delivery system in European & American Market.

We are looking for a CRO – Chief Revenue Officer who can lead marketing, sales, and revenue growth, taking Hawk to the next level.

This role comes with Core Team Member equity & investment participation between USD $500K – USD $750K.

What You’ll Do

- Develop & execute a go-to-market strategy for rapid user & brand acquisition.
- Build and lead marketing & sales teams to drive platform growth.
- Drive revenue through partnerships, brand collaborations, and strategic initiatives.
- Leverage performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and viral growth strategies.
- Own & optimize revenue streams, including ad monetization, subscriptions, and brand promotions.

Who You Are:
- A growth-focused leader with experience in e-commerce, B to B, D2C marketing, or social commerce.
- Robust expertise in performance marketing, influencer partnerships, and brand acquisitions.




- Fundamentally understands social commerce, creator economy, and AI-driven growth strategies.
- Willing to invest USD $500K – USD $750K and take a Chief Revenue Officer role with equity.

THIS IS NOT A SALARY BASED ENGAGEMENT AT PRESENT, AND IT'S PURE EQUITY MODE. REQUIRED YOUR MIN. FINANCIAL INVESTMENT WITH WORK EFFORTS INCLUDED.

Cash Salary details

- The quoted salary figure is after ~9 months after the VC round. Expected salaries for the next few months
- Up-to 3 months: Nil - candidates may be non-full-time till this period (i.e. till the Angel round)
- 3-9 months: up to $50K per annum
- After 9 months: Rs.up to $60 annum (VC funding expected at this point)
- Candidate will have to be full time after the angel round

Equity Stake

Candidate will be offered up-to 5% stake BEFORE the upcoming funding round

Key role requirements (not comprehensive)

Up to 6 months: Manage an outsourced team. Hands-on contribution will have to provided as required

After 6 months: Hire in-house tech team and manage
