Role Description This is a full-time, in office Chemist role located in Ludhiana. The Chemist will perform daily laboratory work, including sample preparation, testing, and analysis to support production and product development. The role involves conducting research and development activities to improve formulations, materials, and processes aligned with mechanical and industrial engineering applications.

The Chemist will implement and monitor quality control procedures, maintain accurate documentation of test results, and ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards. Collaboration with production, engineering, and quality teams is expected to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes,



and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong laboratory skills and practical experience in handling chemical materials and equipment.
- Candidates should possess quality control experience, including designing and executing tests, interpreting results, and supporting process improvements.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for product and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess research and development (R&D;) capabilities and research experience to support new product development and refinement of existing formulations.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
- Knowledge of industrial or manufacturing chemistry, preferably within mechanical or industrial engineering environments.
- Familiarity with safety standards, good laboratory practices (GLP), and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical findings clearly in written and verbal form.
