NWe are primarily looking for someone who is used to working in hospitality as the position requires understanding of how operations work. You are good with people and have a positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.

NYou are also comfortable with systems and administrative tasks and with managing a little team and keep them motivated.

nThe role...

- To produce a consistent, high quality product and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
N
- To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work to the standard set.
N
- To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the Clubhouse.
N
- To perform opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned.
N
- To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food & Beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up-sell alternatives.
N
- To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
N
- To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
N
- To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
N
- Display courtesy to guests and staff.
N
- Provide direction to the Kitchen Trainees, Commis & Demi Chef de Partie.
N
- Attend and participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
N
- Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled.

- Prepare in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service.

- Implement the hotel anddepartment regulations, policies and procedures including but not limited to:

- House Rules and Regulation

- Health and Safety

- Grooming

- Hygiene and Cleanliness

- To carry out bi-yearly,yearly inventory of operating equipment as well as conducting a monthly par stock check.

- Report any equipment onthe section which needs repair or maintenance.

- Any other work assignedby the Head Chef.
