About the role :

nWe are looking for smart, confident, presentable and result-oriented Study Abroad Counselors to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for counselling prospective students and parents, understanding their academic and career aspirations, recommending suitable study-abroad destinations and programs, and converting qualified leads into successful enrollments.

nThis is a B2C-focused, target-driven sales role, requiring robust communication, consultative selling and excellent student-handling skills.

nKey Responsibilities :

- Counsel students and parents regarding study-abroad opportunities, universities, courses and admission processes.
n
- Handle B2C leads through calls, online consultations and face-to-face counselling.

- Understand students' academic profiles, career goals, budgets and preferences to recommend suitable destinations and programs.
n
- Mandatory regional knowledge of the assigned destination: USA OR UK (Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands).
