Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Executive role based in Ajmer.

The Business

Executive will engage with healthcare professionals to promote the company’s pharmaceutical products, focusing on ethical and relationship-driven marketing. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing field visits, presenting product information, managing territory-wise sales activities, and following up with doctors, chemists, and distributors. The role also involves monitoring market trends,



collecting feedback, maintaining accurate records of visits and sales, and supporting promotional campaigns and events.

The Business

Executive will collaborate with the regional team to achieve sales targets, ensure compliant practices, and contribute to the company’s growth in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas, preferably in Gastroenterology or related segments.
- Ability to plan and manage field activities, track sales performance, and maintain organized documentation.
- Sales and negotiation capabilities, with a focus on ethical marketing and long-term relationship building.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and basic digital tools for reporting and coordination.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work on-site in Ajmer as required.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical field sales or medical representative roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
