nMust-Have Skills

- 8+ years of experience in IT / Business Systems
n
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Customer Support Platforms
n
- Hands-on experience with at least one of:
n
- Freshdesk
n
- Zendesk
n
- Salesforce Service Cloud
n
- ServiceNow
n
- Strong understanding of Customer Support processes, including:
n
- Ticketing
n
- SLA management
n
- Ticket routing
n
- Queues
n
- Omnichannel support
n
- Strong experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, Middleware and system integrations
n
- Experience with Workflow Automation and Low-code platforms
n
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable support-system solutions

nKey Responsibilities

n

- Design, configure and enhance customer support platforms based on business requirements.
n
- Manage and optimize ticketing, routing, queues, SLA and omnichannel workflows.
n




- Develop and maintain integrations between customer support platforms and other enterprise applications using REST APIs, Webhooks and Middleware.
n
- Automate repetitive support processes using workflow automation and low-code capabilities.
n
- Gather requirements from business and customer support stakeholders and translate them into functional solutions.
n
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
n
- Support platform configuration, testing, deployment and ongoing enhancements.
n
- Troubleshoot integration and workflow-related issues and coordinate with technical teams where required.
n
- Maintain system documentation, process flows and integration specifications.
n
- Ensure solutions align with business needs, scalability, security and operational requirements.
