We're looking for a Business Development Executive / Bidder to help Praxline win new client engagements on Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms, and to build outbound relationships with founder-led businesses in the UK and India.

nResponsibilities:

nWrite and submit compelling proposals and bids on Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance marketplaces

nIdentify and pursue current business opportunities through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, cold calling)

nSpeak directly with prospective global clients to understand their needs and close remote deals

nManage the full sales pipeline from lead to signed contract

nMaintain and grow relationships with existing clients

nTrack and report on bidding and outreach metrics and conversion rates

nRequirements:





n2-3 years of experience bidding and closing deals on Upwork, Freelancer, or similar remote job platforms

nProven track record of closing remote deals with international clients

nExcellent written and spoken English communication skills - this is non-negotiable

nStrong negotiation and client relationship management skills

nComfortable working independently in a remote, founder-led environment

nPrior experience in an agency, IT services, or software development environment is a plus

nThis is a remote position but should be open to come to office if needed.
