n Key Responsibilities
n
n• Identify and track Government RFPs, tenders, EOIs, and technical bids related to IT/software services
n• Read and analyze RFPs, Scope of Work, PQT/TQ, eligibility criteria, deliverables, and commercial requirements
n• Evaluate tender requirements and assess company eligibility and participation
n• Understand IT solutions including software development, web/mobile applications, cloud, IT infrastructure, and managed services
n• Coordinate with technical and internal teams to prepare bid responses
n• Identify potential government and enterprise clients and new business opportunities
n• Attend client meetings, presentations, discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions
n• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
n• Prepare opportunity summaries, bid trackers,
and sales reports
n
nRequired Skills
n
nGood understanding of IT Sales & Business Development
nAbility to read and interpret Government RFPs/Tenders
nBasic-to-good understanding of software development and IT solutions
nStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills
nGood analytical and research skills
nAbility to understand technical requirements and convert them into business opportunities
nProficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

n• Experience in Government Sales, Tender Management, RFP/Bid Management, or IT Business Development
n• Knowledge of government procurement/e-tendering processes
n• Experience working with government departments, PSUs, or enterprise clients
