Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will play a key role in driving Skill-Lync's growth by helping prospective learners make informed career decisions. You will engage with qualified leads, understand their learning and career goals, recommend the right programs, and guide them through the enrollment journey.

Location: Chennai (Thiruvanmiyur) – Work from Office

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 6-Day Work Week

Experience: Freshers or up to 3 years of experience in Sales

Joining: Immediate or within 15 days

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective learners, understand their career aspirations, and recommend the most suitable Skill-Lync programs.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, counselling, follow-ups, objection handling, pricing discussions, and enrollment.




- Build trust with prospective learners through consistent follow-ups and personalized guidance to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, prioritize leads, and consistently achieve individual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure learners receive accurate program information and a seamless enrollment experience.
