We are looking for an experienced and dedicated civil engineer to join our team in Surat, Gujarat.

? Position: Civil Engineer

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: 6–10 Years in Building Works

Employment Type: Full-Time

? The civil engineer will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, and monitoring of civil construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction and site activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per schedule.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project teams.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor material requirements, usage, and quality at the site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical/site-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and maintain project documentation.




- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for smooth execution.
- Monitor project costs and assist in controlling material and labor wastage.
- Identify potential construction issues and provide practical technical solutions.

? Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project execution.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and site execution.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage contractors, labor, and multiple site activities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office is preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality and safety requirements.
- Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Surat are encouraged to apply.
