Compliance Manager – Insurance

Experience: 6–7 years

Preferred Industry: Insurance / Health Insurance / Banking / NBFC

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Monitor IRDAI regulations, circulars and regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.
n
- Provide compliance advisory to Business and support functions.
n
- Review products, processes and business documents for regulatory compliance.
n
- Manage IRDAI correspondence, regulatory reporting, queries and inspections.
n
- Conduct compliance monitoring, identify gaps and track Compliance Action Plans (CAPs) to closure.
n
- Maintain compliance policies, SOPs, registers, trackers and governance documentation.
n
- Conduct compliance training and awareness programs.
n
- Support audits, regulatory reviews and strategic compliance initiatives.
n

Key Requirements:

n

n
- 6–7 years of experience in Compliance / Regulatory Affairs / Risk / Legal Compliance.
n
- Strong knowledge of IRDAI regulations, Insurance Act and corporate governance.
n
- Insurance/Health Insurance experience preferred.
n
- Solid Excel, PowerPoint, drafting and documentation skills.
n
- LLB / CS / CA / MBA preferred.
