Skill Area Expectation

Internal Audit & Controls

n

Understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, audit

n

procedures, control design and operating effectiveness testing.

n

Finance & Accounting

n

Good knowledge of accounting standards / principles, financial

statements, working capital cycles and transaction-level review.

n

Process Understanding

n

Ability to understand end-to-end business processes such as

n

procurement-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, manufacturing, capex

n

and treasury.

n

ERP & Systems

n

Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems; ability to

n

understand system workflows, approval controls,



master data and

n

transaction trails.

n

Data Analytics

n

Strong Excel skills; ability to analyze large datasets, identify

n

exceptions and prepare meaningful audit insights. Exposure to

n

Power BI, process mining or data mining tools is desirable.

Report Writing

Ability to write concise, evidence-based audit observations, root

n

causes, risks and recommendations in clear business English.
