Role Overview

n

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant experience to join our Finance & Accounts team. The role will primarily focus on Record-to-Report (R2R), general ledger accounting, month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The candidate will get exposure to a fast-paced e-commerce business environment and work closely with various internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage day-to-day R2R and General Ledger accounting activities.
n
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
n
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, provisions, prepayments, and accounting adjustments.
n
- Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations and ensure timely closure of open items.
n
- Assist in preparation and review of P&L; and Balance Sheet schedules.
n
- Support preparation of monthly financial reports, MIS, and management reporting.
n
- Analyse accounting data and identify variances, discrepancies, and unusual transactions.
n
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries in accordance with Ind AS and applicable accounting policies.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required information for month-end closing and reporting.
n
- Support statutory, internal, and external audit requirements.
n
- Assist in improving accounting processes, controls,



and reporting efficiency.
n
- Work on finance-related projects and provide business insights and analysis as required.
n
- Ensure adherence to defined financial controls, processes, and reporting timelines.
n

Candidate Profile

n

n
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
n
- Relevant experience in R2R, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, or Financial Reporting.
n
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, month-end closing, and reconciliations.
n
- Good knowledge of Ind AS and financial reporting.
n
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel; experience with SAP/Oracle or other ERP systems will be an advantage.
n
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
n
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
