Key Responsibilities:
Answer all inbound calls promptly with a target of 0 missed call ratio
Ensure immediate callback for any unattended call (if applicable)
Qualify incoming leads based on predefined criteria
Understand customer requirements and capture accurate details in CRM
Maintain high call volume and productivity standards
Provide a positive first impression of the company
Required Experience,Skills & Competencies:
1-2 Years of Experience
Valuable verbal communication skills
Fluency in Hindi and English (Mandatory)
Strong listening and questioning skills
Ability to build rapport quickly over phone
Energetic, confident, and persuasive personality
Loves talking to people
