We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Bag Designer to conceptualize and design product accessories, primarily focusing on bags, pouches, and packaging concepts. The role requires translating brand aesthetics into functional, visually appealing, and market-ready product designs that align with the company's premium hospitality and retail standards.

nKey Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and design bags, pouches, and accessory packaging for various product lines.

- Develop creative packaging concepts that enhance product presentation and brand experience.

- Create design mockups, sketches, and prototypes for product accessories and packaging materials.
n
- Work closely with product development, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and brand consistency.
n
- Research market trends, materials, and design innovations to bring fresh ideas into product development.
n
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for sampling, material selection, and production feasibility.
n
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards, functionality, and brand guidelines.

- Support the team with design documentation, technical specifications, and product development timelines.

nRequirements

- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Fashion Accessories Design, or a related field.
n
- 2–5 years of experience in product design, packaging design, or accessory design.
n
- Experience designing bags, pouches, or packaging structures will be preferred.
n
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
n
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes for packaging and accessories.
n
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to translate concepts into practical, production-ready designs.
n

- Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, FMCG, or personal care brands.
