nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust backend services using .NET Core / .NET 6+.

- Architect and implementdistributed, event-driven systems using Dapr for service-to-service communication, pub/sub, and state management.

- Develop and manage message-based integrations using RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
N
- Work extensively with MySQL including stored procedures, schema design, and performance optimization.
N
- Analyze, refactor, and modernize complex legacy systems and services, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
N
- Collaborate closely with product owners and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
N
- Drive and participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
N
- Ensure systems are well-tested, secure, and monitored, following best practices in software development and DevOps.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team technical growth.

nRequired Skills & Experience:

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+ in backend development.
N
- Solid experience with Dapr in real-world microservices environments.
N
- Proven expertise in message brokers (e.G., RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus).
N
- In-depth knowledge of MySQL, including writing and optimizing stored procedures and complex queries.
N
- Experience modernizing and maintaining legacy .NET services, with a clear understanding of integration and migration strategies.
N
- Demonstrated ability tolead end-to-end software projects, from interpreting business requirements to delivery and post-deployment support.
N
- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
N
- Understanding of designpatterns, event-driven architecture, CQRS, and DDD.
N
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
