nWe are seeking an experienced QA Lead who can drive end-to-end quality assurance initiatives and provide effective testing solutions for complex business and technology challenges. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in test strategy, automation, quality processes, stakeholder management, and team leadership. The role requires the ability to analyze requirements, design scalable QA solutions, establish best practices, and ensure high-quality product delivery across multiple projects.

nRequired Qualifications & Skills:

- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills

- Hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright
n
- Strong expertise in Java and JavaScript
n
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices
n
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills

- Good to have: Knowledge of the Pega platform/too
